One to One Intensives

Choose your own dates & come visit me in Portugal

Create your own transformative retreat at a time when it best suits you. Come with a topic that you would like to address in your life, in your body, and we will go together on a Transformative Bodywork quest towards your desire.

I recommend a process of 3-5 sessions, which will take you on a rich journey into your body and life issues with enough time to rest and integrate in between sessions.

How does it work?

Enquire with me if your preferred dates to visit Aljezur work for me as well, and once we agree on the dates, you can book your trip. I can support you to find a sweet holiday room or apartment (at different budget levels) in or around Aljezur.

The Transformative Bodywork process of 3-5 sessions can take place in your holiday home or at my local treatment room. You can take time in between sessions to spend time in nature, walks along the ocean, or add on local events such as yoga classes, concerts, markets, and dances. I support you to create a magical week or weekend for yourself embedded in the community of Aljezur.

Contribution

Bodywork Intensive with 3 sessions (first session 90min, followed by 2x60min sessions): 290EUR

Bodywork Intensive with 4 sessions (first session 90min, followed by 3x60min sessions): 380EUR

Bodywork Intensive with 5 sessions (first session 90min, followed by 3x60min sessions and a 90min closing session): 490EUR
