Come with a topic that you would like to address in your life, in your body, and we will go together on a Transformative Bodywork quest towards your desire. If you feel it's time now to bring to the table what's been hiding under the surface and step out of victimhood, freeze, fear, flight, or repetitive, compulsive behaviour into a place of permission and compassion, into a field of movement, healing and clarity, you are welcome to visit me in my hometown of Aljezur and I will guide you on this inner process of coming back to the freedom of here and now.

How does it work?

I recommend a process of 3-5 sessions, which will take you on a rich journey into your body and life issues with enough time to rest and integrate in between sessions.

Minimum time required for an Intensive are 2 days (weekend Intensives possible). Recommended duration is 5-7 days.

Enquire with me about your preferred dates to visit Aljezur, and once we agree on the dates, you can book your trip. I can support you to find a sweet holiday room or apartment (at different budget levels, and based on your preferences of beachside, townhouse or countryside in or around Aljezur.

The Transformative Bodywork sessions can take place in your holiday home or at my local treatment room. You can take time in between sessions to spend time in nature, walks along the ocean, or you can join local events such as yoga classes, concerts, markets, and dances. I support you with local knowledge how to create a magical week or weekend for yourself embedded in the community of Aljezur.
