this is a 1:1 session designed to meet the needs of your Body and Spirit in this very moment of your life so that you can spread your wings again.

The great thing about somatic magic? You can relax, receive and regenerate - just like during a regular massage, but we touch so much more in this work: your dreams, your fears, your ancestral memory, behaviour patterns & the wisdom and purpose that you are born with. Accessing the natural powers of the earth, deep tissue touch, breath, energy and sound, Mystical Bodywork is an ancient technique used for aligning the body with the mind both on the physical and energetic planes.

We set an intention for the session together and you can lie down, your body warmly supported and melt into an inner journey guided by my hands, voice, humming, sometimes instruments. We call in benevolent spirits of your ancestry, angels, guardians and elemental and plant spirits to support our work. You may enter a state of trance during the session, but you will remain awake and able to feel in which parts of your body healing and release is occuring.

A work that allows you to surrender and receive touch, warmth and guidance in a safely held space.
