This specialised work arose in me from the pure joy of supporting humans before and after journeys of expanded states of consciousness. For a decade I have been weaving my somatic wisdom with facilitators of plant medicine journeys, offering breath & body support and sessions before, during and after ceremonies.
The integration-into-life of the vast wisdom of the master plant is deeply rooted in my heart as there are many facets that we can easily overlook or bypass, or possibly not even be able to understand on a cognitive level. By adding somatic integration sessions before, and especially after these works, we may understand teachings that are relevant to our life paths on a deeper level and connect them with the power of manifestation and action.
To embody your agency and therefore ground onto this earth the teachings that you received. To match clarity with confusion. To love the pieces that are caught in resistance or shame. To empower our sensitivity and intuitive nature. To be who we truly long to be, already are. Yet can’t see.
