As a somatic therapist and bodyworker deeply rooted in animist traditions, I am opening a sacred space for your Body and Mind to integrate intense experience, to let loose pieces fall into order, or to time-travel to receive guidance and higher perspective.
For a decade I have been weaving my somatic wisdom with facilitators of plant medicine journeys, offering breath & body support and sessions before, during and after ceremonies.
The integration-into-life of the vast wisdom of the master plant is deeply rooted in my heart as there are many facets that we can easily overlook or bypass, or possibly not even be able to understand on a cognitive level. By adding somatic integration sessions before, and especially after these works, we may understand teachings that are relevant to our life paths on a deeper level and humbly connect them with the power of manifestation and action.
To embody your agency and therefore ground onto this earth the teachings that you received. To match clarity with confusion. To love the pieces that are caught in resistance or shame. To empower our sensitivity and intuitive nature. To be who we truly long to be, already are. Yet can’t see.
