traditional Hatha Yoga informed by somatic schools
We have formed a collective of experienced, local yoga teachers to keep an ongoing, weekly yoga class schedule alive throughout the year. Classes take place at Rancho, Rogil and Associação Comadres / Fazenda Compadres, Alfambras - and are taught in Portuguese/English depending on the need of the group.
Winter season 2026:
Gentle Yin Yoga informed by somatic schools to get energy moving and release tension, followed by a guided, somatic relaxation practice: Yoga Nidra, a technology to regenerate body, mind and nervous system. This practice promotes longevity, and access to states of trance and deep clarity. Accompanied by sounds/instruments.
